Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. New workspaces are reviewed and approved before activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account, including activity by team members you invite.

2. Subscription plans and billing

Some parts of the Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Free trial

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, your workspace will be suspended until a subscription is activated. We may reactivate suspended workspaces at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to send spam, harass, or infringe others' rights;
• Upload or enter unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Services without our written consent;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services or access another workspace's data;
• Use the Services to build a competing product.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you submit (branches, staff records, services, sales, expenses, and payroll). You grant Commility a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your data solely to operate the Services on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to store your staff and team members' personal information in the Services.

6. Financial figures

Revenue, commission, expense, and profit figures are calculated from the data you and your team enter. You are responsible for verifying these figures before relying on them for payroll, tax, or accounting decisions. We make no guarantee that calculated outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, email delivery, hosting providers, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

All Commility software, branding, and documentation is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our marks.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your workspace.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commility disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commility's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commility is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
